What kind of future do you think you’ll see?

Will there be flying super cars?

Or will people be able to travel to mars?

No.

The world will be engulfed in thick grey smog.

No longer would it be a harmless floating pale fog.

Look where the trees are? They would be gone.

For many artists' landscape drawings would not be drawn.

Over time the temperature would rise.

As vegetation and the beautiful wildlife dies.

What about the delightful white snow?

Would it become water, left to flow?

Snow cover would decrease 

Or if its greenery, vegetation and trees

That you like rather than the ice cold snow,

Well there wouldn’t be a lot left to show.

If deforestation continues, year after year

The snow and the trees would both disappear.

This is the future that I see
